Our luxurious vegan and cruelty free Matte Eyeshadow Base is a triple blended velvet white powder made in house. 

We do the hard work for you. Just add in your pigments, blend, and press. 

Each package that purchases 1oz or more, gets a "Tips & Tricks" card written by the owner herself to help you achieve your own personal formula.

What's the difference between the base with Talc & without?

Both bases are very good. However, the base with Talc makes the formula more creamy and performs a bit better on the eye.
